I'm Ally Chelst.
When clients first come to me, they feel lost, confused, overwhelmed, stressed and scared. They feel like they don’t have control over their lives. They feel like they’re failing themselves and others.
My clients want to be better organized. They want to conquer each and every item off of their to do lists. They want to be the versions of themselves that they’ve always dreamed of.
As they learn more about themselves, they notice the improvements begin. When they learn how to set better goals, to hold themselves accountable and to ask for help when they need it, that’s when the real transformation starts.
I don’t take a cookie-cutter approach that other people might take. I don’t have antiquated ideas of how someone should be. I give my clients the tools, skills and support to be able to determine what they need, what matters to them, but most importantly, who they want to be.
Ally's Story
Ally is an ADHD and Executive Function Coach who specializes in supporting teens and adults who are struggling with ADHD. Throughout Ally's childhood, she struggled tremendously to start tasks, set and accomplish goals and fulfill her responsibilities. Once Ally began working with an Executive Function Coach, she learned critical skills that gave her the ability to manage her responsibilities, accomplish all of her goals, and most importantly, gain back the confidence that she had lost.
In 2023, Ally was officially diagnosed with ADHD. She credits her personal experience with the condition to her strong ability to connect with and understand firsthand what her clients are going through. She is a tireless advocate for helping women get an ADHD diagnosis at an earlier age, and is working to lobby insurance companies to include ADHD and Executive Function Coaching as a form of covered treatment.
Throughout her career, Ally has worked with countless students and adults of all ages and abilities. To date, she has helped clients earn over $450,000 in university scholarship money. She has also helped several clients gain employment, secure housing, improve their academic performance and much more.
Ally graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware and completed her ADHD Coach Training through ADDCA
(ADD Coach Academy). She is also a proud member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization) and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association).
When Ally isn’t coaching, she's exploring the city with her labradoodle Ovie, reading books or taking advantage of the amazing food scene in Washington, DC where she lives. To connect with Ally, click the button below!
