What I Offer

Two ways to work together: Executive Function Coaching or College Essay Support.
Choose what fits your teen right now, or combine both.
School doesn't always teach teens with ADHD how their brains work. Luckily I do! Here are some of the executive function skills that we will build together:
Proper Goal Setting

Develop the skills to create goals that are SMART — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

Self Advocacy

Build confidence and unlearn limiting beliefs that hold you back from asking for help when necessary.

Task Initiation

Break tasks down into more manageable pieces and come up with a proper incentive system to help you tackle all of your tasks.

Time Management

Learn how to balance personal, professional and academic responsibilities while also prioritizing rest, socialization and other things that bring you joy.

Creating the Perfect To Do List

Learn the key components of what goes into the perfect To Do list so that you can conquer all of your objectives.

Minimizing Distractions

Gain self awareness of who, what and where are causing distractions and learn how to find the perfect environment to increase productivity.

Crafting and Implementing Routines

Understand the importance of consistency and come up with a daily plan that works with your schedule, personality, values and priorities.

And so much more!

The list of skills that your teen will gain through coaching is limitless!

What Parents say
"Ally was an excellent support for my teenager, providing structure and organization not just for schoolwork, but for managing the broader demands of daily life, including work, activities and social commitments. She brought a deep understanding of how the ADHD brain works and offered practical tools and strategies that made a meaningful difference. Her guidance went well beyond academics and helped build skills that will last long term."

— Sara T.

"My teen daughter has been working with Ally for the past year and a half and it’s made such a huge difference. High school was a big adjustment for her and freshman year, there were a lot of tears. Particularly when the end of term came around and she was behind on so many things. Ally helps her stay organized and on top of her work. They meet weekly to look at assignments, prioritize them and make an execution plan. Ally has also helped my daughter with applications and special writing assignments. Ally is giving her the tools she will need when she goes to college and navigates workloads - she’ll have much better habits, thanks to her consistent work with Ally."

— Hilary A.

"Ally is such a lovely person and wonderful coach. She helped my high schooler get organized, learn time management skills, and use tech to set reminders. Most importantly, however, my child felt validated and less alone in their challenges with ADHD. I highly recommend Ally!"

- Rachel B.
